As we begin 2013, one thing comes to mind. I’m FAT. I’ve had ups and downs with my weight for a while, but I’ve resolved to do something about it.
One diet that I’ve done in the past that really shed off weight quickly was the Atkins diet. I really like carbs and sweets, but it does work. So, I’ve started off 2013 going onto hardcore induction. Since Jan 2nd, I’ve lost 5 lbs, so that’s good. My goal is to get down to 200lbs, and then look at switching over to a different diet. I’ll cover that one later.
